Australian Telephone Dialling Codes

Please note: although these codes may work in other countries, I've only tested them on telephone services here in Australia, hence the title of the article.

| Disable call waiting | #43# | Disables call waiting so second incoming caller gets a busy signal |
| Enable call waiting | *43# | Enables call waiting so second incoming caller can be picked up |
| Disable call waiting on call | *44number | Disables call waiting for duration of call only - useful for dialling with modems |
| Divert all calls | *21number# | Diverts all incoming calls to specified number |
| Cancel all calls diversion | #21# | Cancels diversion of all incoming calls |
| Report all calls diversion | *#21# | Reports the status of all incoming calls diversion |
| Divert when busy | *24number# | Diverts all incoming calls when busy to specified number |
| Cancel when busy diversion | #24# | Cancels diversion of all incoming calls when busy |
